When you're at work and can't leave the office and then you're hungry and half your order is missing, or they forget something is very frustrating. READ THE ORDERS PEOPLE!!! I never have this issue in the Denver Location.

The staff know how to problem-solve and no one is ever rude to customers. I've had Jane bring me food multiple times and she is especially kind! She always has a smile on her face and knows how to run a drive-thru! For being understaffed (from what I can tell), these kids are hard-working and really do try their best. Have patience with them and make sure to let them know they're doing good!
- BBbaileyApr 25, 20265.0i work in the fast food industry, so i’m quick to write reviews and give grace. our mobile order was fast, fresh, and delivered friendly! i think people forget that if they simply contact the store directly, they will get their issues resolved and likely a meal comped/item remade for them on a future visit. you guys are doing great, and in the long run, it’s still a newer store. always call with feedback, but try to give these google reviews some grace!! good job team, keep it up.
