  I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I’m leaving one in hopes this gets read by the correct person in authority to fix this issue because having to wait 40+ minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order defeats the purpose of fast food. It’s bad enough the prices have increased and are similar to restaurant prices, and I get it, cause of inflation and the economy. But I’ll spend the money cause of the convenience. If I wanted to wait 40+ minutes for my food I would’ve either cooked myself or went out to eat at a restaurant and sat down. I’m not sure whether it’s due to short staffing, poor training, poor management, lack of organization or what but something needs to get done. It’s been like this for months now and I’m not sure when someone’s finally going to do something about it before this place ends up out of business due to lack of consumers cause they’re out of patience.

  I went to the drive thru shortly after midnight and placed my order for 3 tacos, then pulled straight to the window where I remembered I wanted to try the steak nacho fries. The cashier would not add to my order stating she was not allowed because of some timer and that I would have to drive back around and place a separate order. There was no other customers there, no cars online in front or behind me. It's not like I was going to delay someone else's order, and only about 15 secs had passed between the time I placed my order and reached the window. I told the cashier to tell her management that that's terrible customer service and I left. I'd rather drive another 10 or 15 minutes and spend my money somewhere that values my business.

  I love this Taco Bell, there’s a guy that works there he told me his name was keylan I think he is the sweetest and he seen my daughter crying and gave her a free drink!! I think this Taco Bell is coming up!!

  Customer service was bad. Sold me a taco they don't have then offered me a lesser replacement. I just wanted what I ordered sheesh
