  Someone on morning shift stole my money. I ordered online. When I got there I was told they didn’t have biscuits to make the biscuits I ordered and I ordered and tried to pick up at breakfast time, so I told them to just give me my refund, they agreed. However I did not get my refund and the charges to my card coming for the same order a week later, I had to report the transactions as fraud with my bank and order a new card. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this store but it will be the last. I could just laugh at all the reviews saying that these people were (so friendly), they clearly work there or are friends and family. This has to be a private owned franchise because I honestly don’t see how these belligerent and incompetent fools still work for the company. Do yourself a favor and NEVER come here, that’s how they want it anyways because they don’t want to do their jobs.

  I wouldn't give any stars!!! This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It is poorly managed. From the workers to the management staff they are always rude and you can never get the correct food you order. I hate coming here but continue only because my kids want McDonald's, however we will NOT be returning ever again!!! This McDonald's needs shut down period!!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would, specifically for the customer service. Let’s just say rude, unprofessional, and flat out disgusting attitudes. The management is the problem here, employees follow in the managers footsteps. Yesterday at around 9:30pm, my daughter ordered the new blueberry sprite on the kiosk. Their Kiosk never prints receipts, can’t even keep up the basic needs of their equipment. The kiosk didn’t print a receipt and we talked to the female manager and asked for the drink that we did not receive. She proceeded to yell at us and said “you’re just going to have to order it on the kiosk”! And walked away without letting me speak. Which we did but it didn’t print us a receipt and only showed a number on the kiosk after paying for it. She wouldn’t listen and walked away and I don’t have time to deal with these rude people anymore so we just left. Thank you MCDONALDS for stealing MY money. Will never return. This place needs to be shut down or run by new management. Corporate needs to shut it down.
