- RRRicardo Rendon1 day ago1.0Had placed an order 6/27 at the new location in Shelby NC. Upon having ordered at 6:30 pm in the app it was supposed to be ready at 7 pm. After arriving and going thru the drive thru for pick up I was in line for 20mins to reach the window and was told to park and wait for the drive thru line to clear up to return. I went ahead and parked and waited another 20 mins, the line was not clearing up so I just went ahead and got in line again. People were starting to leave without their orders and having sitting in line for 2 hours I noticed the only people who were being served were the ones walking in to order once I got to the window after 3 leaving and two did receive their orders my order was ready for who knows how long. I waited close to 3 hours for my food just for it to be cold. I do understand it will be packed for a couple weeks since it’s new but having seen people come and go when we were just sitting in line for hours is unacceptable. Why weren’t orders being made at the front?
