- ABAddam BassoeSep 13, 20261.0Placed an order online got the confirmation that was ready to be picked up. Got to the Chipotle on a Sunday afternoon. Doors are locked. Says they’re only doing digital orders and I’m forced to stand behind eight cars in the parking lot even though my order was ready 30 minutes ago we should be able to at least go inside and get our order when it’s ready and not be forced to stand in a line behind a bunch of other people that order is not ready.

Think twice if you are in a time crunch. One server was making orders and taking money, two people were preparing food and one person on the drive through.

I wanted to go back there and give them all hugs and huge tips, if I had it like that. They're hard work paid off though, and despite being out of a couple things, it didn't affect how good and fresh everything tasted. We didn't even have to wait! Fellow Shelbians, please stop being haters!

First time they were out of chicken, second time they were out of sour cream, third time lettuce wasn't ready yet......Not so sure about that one, fourth time they wouldn't honor my free chips and Guac. and the last time was no rice, no guac and no chips and no the less still wouldn't honor any of my rewards that I had. I'm so over this place. You guys really need to get it together otherwise you're going downhill fast. I'm always there around 1145. I'm not sure how you can be out of anything. It will certainly be a long while before i come back. i will keep a watch on the reviews. hopefully y'alls score comes up.
