First time they were out of chicken, second time they were out of sour cream, third time lettuce wasn't ready yet......Not so sure about that one, fourth time they wouldn't honor my free chips and Guac. and the last time was no rice, no guac and no chips and no the less still wouldn't honor any of my rewards that I had. I'm so over this place. You guys really need to get it together otherwise you're going downhill fast. I'm always there around 1145. I'm not sure how you can be out of anything. It will certainly be a long while before i come back. i will keep a watch on the reviews. hopefully y'alls score comes up.

Very little steak. No customers in dining area. One customer waiting standing in line t face timing with someone and listening to that crap. I turned and walked out. Way to go Chipotle, you can't go a month being open and already hit the bottom.

The rice was overcooked, I got a quesadilla with barely any cheese and the nastiest pieces of chicken ever. Every single thing I had: chips, queso, rice, salsa, and sour cream was disgusting and tasted foul or old. They never say that your order is ready so my food was probably sitting out for a while and getting even grosser than it already was. I will not be back to this location and they’re better off closing down if this is how it’s going to be…
