- AAAshley3 days ago1.0Came through today and disappointed as usual when I try to stop at this location. I should have known today wouldn't go any different. Every time I come, its something. Today no brown gravy at 5:30 pm.... Why ? Can't make more for the rest of the shift ??? I mean its Saturday night... Didn't end up get anything after pulling to the window.
- MMMets-ChickSep 28, 20265.0This Bojangles and their staff is ALWAYS five stars!!! We went through the drive through but sometimes it's a whole soap opera in there so you get dinner AND a show!!!! We are getting some lowbrow people coming to our City of Pleasant living so we're going to need a new slogan BUT This Bojangles is ALWAYS on point!!!
- TMTylissa McCoySep 26, 20265.0Amazing service love the staff 👏 🤍
- RJRaven JonesSep 19, 20261.0We showed up hungry, have ate here plenty of times. We walked in and ALL staff was joking and carrying on with each other and only special customers and completely ignored who was waiting. There was a couple in line in front of us said they had waited over 15 minutes to get any attention to order and when we stood behind them with absolutely no attention or help this couple walked out and we left behind them so they lost 4 customers quick because of their action. But they were laughing and I guess having a great time. We went to Arbys. Much better service. Its a shame. Will NOT be back to this location.
- JDJacob DobbsAug 23, 20262.0Went in to pick up a chicken sandwich that I ordered through the app. There was one person in line ahead of me and I mentioned to a worker that I need to pick up an order. They told me to go to the food pickup area. After waiting a few minutes I told the cashier that I was waiting to pick up an order and she told me to wait a minute. They prepared a few orders and then started to take orders from people that were previously behind me and started to put together their meal immediately. Once everything is done they told me to go to the register to give her the order details so that she could pull up the order in the system. All this took over 24 minutes just to pick up a sandwich that I had already ordered. You would think the mobile app would simplify things, but apparently not for this location
