  I had an amazing experience at 7 Brew! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but I especially want to recognize Rylee. She went above and beyond with her kindness, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service. She made me feel genuinely welcome as always . Emi was also fantastic—friendly, professional, and just as helpful. Together they created such a fun and positive atmosphere. Employees like Rylee and Emi are the reason I’ll keep coming back. Thank you both for making my day!

  I am absolutely so disappointed. I had a conversation with “Jocelynn” and she was absolutely the most inconsiderate person ever she was so disrespectful and at the end she had the audacity to ask for a review so here’s your review. I am so disappointed in her service and I will be going to the higher ups about this. I will not be going back here.

  My husband and I love 7 brew! We come to this location frequently and they’re always so kind. Their drinks are amazing and the employees are all rockstars, honestly. Rain or shine, even in the heat of the day, they’re working hard with smiles on their faces. We see Jocelyn (I hope I spelled it right 😅) a lot and she is always so sweet. It was awesome, and pretty funny, when we rolled up yesterday and she accurately guessed our favorite drinks: a Bubble Gum 7 energy and a blackberry cobbler smoothie with a wild berry base. I highly recommend the Banana Bread coffee and the Dragon’s Blood 7 energy, too! If you’re like me and you have a severe dairy allergy, or lactose intolerance, they have plenty of dairy free drinks and a few milk substitutes as well. 🙂

  Kenleigh always makes my day when I stop by 7 Brew! She’s so friendly, welcoming, and has such a positive attitude. She took the time to make sure my drink was exactly how I wanted it, and it came out perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and makes everyone feel appreciated. If you get the chance, definitely let Kenleigh make your drink—you won’t be disappointed!

  Every single time I have gone through this drive-through I have waited over 20 minutes to get my drink. The last time I went through I waited almost 45 minutes. The reason being is because they were not out taking orders in the drive through they waited until you got all the way up to the window to even take your order so waited over 20 min just to place order . There were several workers there. I’m not sure why they weren’t out taking orders with their tablets like they normally do then I requested my receipt to make sure I was able to file a complaint about my experience and was told we’re out of paper. How concenient. I told them I would wait happily for them to get more paper and after waiting 15 more minutes, she finally bought my drinks but still no receipt. I asked her where is my receipt and she said oh I have to get a supervisor because we’re out of paper. She disappeared and never came back. I waited 10 more minutes and then finally, I just decided to leave because at that point we had our drinks my kids were tired of sitting there almost an hour already and I made a decision never to go back. I called the phone number and it just takes me to a corporate line to leave a message where I can never reach anyone to file my complaint So i then messaged the owner of the company on LinkedIn. On april 5th 2026 to try to give feedback there about my experience and as of 7/72026 I am still yet to get a response from him, so this company will never get my money ever again. They make it hard for customers to give feedback and ignore request for assistance when there are problems. There is a lack of urgency at the local shop as well as on a corporate level
