Adding this 7Brew stand to Shelby was a great idea. It brings diverse drink options, coffee, energy, and more to an otherwise straightforward coffee city. And it's always a hood environment when you visit. Especially when the lines are so long. Just goes tk show you that people have the patience when the quality of the beverage and service provided is exceptional.

I was so excited to see this location when I got into town for a wedding… I immediately pulled in, ordered and was soo disappointed by the way my mocha chiller was made. Took a sip and instantly went back around to advise of the issue. The young lady was so nice and insisted they remake it. Once I got it, tasted it I was instantly upset, again. Very disappointed and just left without saying anything for a second time. Will not be back to this location. UPDATE: I had an update from the manager but when I clicked on it to review it, it’s not here. 🙄

Would not recommend this location. I go to 7Brews in TN and I have never waited as long as I did today! Traveling through NC we were excited to see a 7brews just to be disappointed in the horrible customer service. An hour for 2 coffees with maybe 10 cars total in line.

Today, I went through the 7 brew drivethrough on my mattress. The workers were very working and spoke to me in a way that made me feel very spoken to. I asked them for a large order of cups, and they proceeded to hand me tickets to the movie, but not before they made sure to vacuum the ceiling and shampoo the wall. Very good. The coffee is very liquid and is definetly NOT sand, but the prices definetly require you to have money available to spend. Overall, this coffee shop is not a car dealership, so do not come here if you are expecting to buy a car, or a horse. You will not recieve an expensive alarm clock, and you definetly can not vote for the next president here, do not expect this. Very good.
