NEVER come here. The food is so nasty here. I love subway but this was unacceptable. I ordered a toasted Italian sandwich and it might have been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food chain. I placed my order at 4:30 and picked it up at 4:40. The sandwich was COLD the bread was hardly toasted. The cheese never even melted. When I bit into the sandwich I immediately knew something was wrong because the meat had a weird fishy taste to it. Pepperoni should NOT taste fishy😠. There are no standards at this establishment.

The bread was very stale and the first lady that helped me mumbled the entire time and it was hard to hear, she seemed frustrated because I kept having to ask her to repeat herself. The second lady that helped me made me wait for her to finish texting someone til she rung me out and I had two orders so I had to wait for her to send another text before she rang out the next one, looking at her phone in one hand the whole time.

The truly worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway. I spent 20 minutes of my lunch waiting for my sandwich to be made. I was the first customer in line—no one was ahead of me—but she took so long making the sandwich. I could tell she was sick by the way she was sneezing all over my food and kept rubbing her nose with her gloves on. I had to point out multiple times that I don’t want a giant clump of onions on half the sandwich and 3 on the other half—I want them spread out like normal. She made sure to burn my sandwich as well. She didn’t say a word the entire time. I kept asking not to have a hole in the bottom of my bread when cutting it. Honestly, at every point of the sandwich-making process, it was just a terrible experience. The entire store was filthy as well. I was truly astonished. It wasn’t even cut in half either, and they billed me completely incorrectly—I had to keep having it fixed. They don’t wear name tags, so I have to describe her: she wore black glasses, was on the larger side, African American, and seemed pretty young. My god, I would never ever go here again. The sandwich was so sloppy—everything was falling out of it. I can keep going on and on about issues. I don’t leave reviews often, but this experience has left me so frustrated with such a poor sandwich. I wanted to turn and leave the whole time, but I had already invested 10 minutes of my lunch into it. If I knew it would be 20 minutes, I would have never gone. Never again. The store needs better management or something, because what is this. Just went back today June 13th different person who is sick once again but this time I actually got sick from it. Same thing rubbing their nose with gloves on. They need a manager or something to hold them accountable this is ridiculous.
