I placed an order for eight large fries and specifically requested that each order be bagged individually. However, my request was completely ignored, and all eight orders were stuffed together into a single bag. To make matters worse, the portion size was remarkably skimpy. An order of eight large fries should provide a substantial amount of food, but what I received contained far fewer fries than what I typically get with just two large orders at other Five Guys locations. It really felt like the kitchen was trying to cut corners rather than frying a fresh batch to fill the order properly. I appreciate the team's friendly attitude, but the lack of attention to detail and inconsistent portioning need to be addressed.
