  This location has serious management and accountability issues. The delivery tracker is consistently inaccurate, deliveries are frequently delayed, and there always seems to be an excuse instead of communication or accountability from management. I understand problems happen, but the professionalism and follow-up from this store are extremely lacking. After multiple attempts to resolve an issue directly with management, I was repeatedly brushed off and never properly contacted back. Very disappointing experience.

  Terrible. Made an order for delivery on a Saturday at 8:30. Delivery driver never showed up. The store wouldnt answer their phone either. Tried to get a refund and the store continues to give us the run around. Horrible store. Horrible employees. Stole $40 from me, which included a $10 tip. I would never recommend this dominos locations to anyone. Actually I would warn everyone to avoid this location.

  The Shallotte Domino’s staff is always hardworking, customer focused and welcoming; and the store is always clean. It’s really exceptional service and delicious pizza!

  OMG!! If you get lady with short hair . Do not order!!!! After half he checked see if done. She said no will be another 40 min. Took over 1 1/2 hrs and she only had few orders. Wish could have cancels it. It you have all day to wait order.
