  Ordered at the drive thru at 10:30 on May 13th. Whoever baked the biscuits needs to be promoted to Star Baker. Very good.

  So I have been doing a test...Is Shallotte Bojangles that bad or are the workers that lazy? Well, truth be told...its both. Been thru drive thru, inside, used the app. And each time, poor service, very rude employees, and the food is nasty, cold, barely cooked...nasty. In fact, the people who brought food out to me wanted a tip! And this last time in the drive thru they were just plain nasty, barking orders, demanding I do this because there's a clock they need me off of, I'll get my food when its ready. Heck, this time around the food was never cooked. I will never be back to this Bo's, I will let everyone know this place sucks, and I'm pleading with corporate to either FIRE everyone there and get new OR just shut this place down.

  I did the drive thru. I ordered for My kids and I food. And the lady said we can’t do that. I asked what do you mean.The lady said we only do 2 orders through the drive thru. You would have to come inside if you want to order more. I’ve never had a place say this to me at all. And to not even apologize for the inconvenience. She just gave me the Oh well, not my problem. When I told her I have more than just 2 people with me. I went to KFC. Never coming back to this Bojangles again.

  Terrible quality, inaccurate order, & awful service. Sanitation score of 88 should be first clue to go elsewhere. I don’t have high expectations for fast food, but this place is exceptionally bad.

  I can’t even rate my food cause I never got it. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes on Saturday, had 3 cars ahead of me, 2 ended up leaving, and the 3rd finally pulled around to pay. I get to the box to place my order and the lady told me “give me one minute” I sat there for another 5-8 minutes and 4 more people left that were behind me, I finally ended up leaving, and went to Biscuitville. What got me is as I pulled around it was only the one car at the window and only about 3 cars out in the parking lot, so please tell me what the holdup was?
