  Love 7 Brew in general but stopped at this one on a trip. Ordered two iced decaf Blondie's. They handed them in to our car and I commented and said they looked really white. The service person shrugged. My husband tried to taste it before we drove off and it partially dumped on him (the lid didn't fit). He was embarrassed and said it was fine. It wasn't, the drinks didn't have any coffee in them. Hate paying $12 for carmel milk. Really disappointed.

  We waited in line as cars in the other line passed us and got their orders for nearly 10 minutes because the employee taking payments decided socializing with her coworker was more important than serving customers. Our drink sat there for several minutes and all she had to do was give it to us and let us pull off if she wanted to continue her conversation. Luckily the drink was delicious, but I feel like it is common sense and decency to make serving customers the number one priority in this type of job. Just maybe something that could be discussed amongst employees to be more considerate.

  Everytime I come nowadays the same drink I always get tastes different never looks the same and I get it remade and it still sometimes isn’t right

  I meant to do this review sooner but I wanted to bring attention to Mac who works at this location. I went Memorial Day weekend around 830-9pm and he was the only person fixing all of the drink orders. He was hustling and if he was having a bad night or stressed, he never let it show on his face! I wanted to let management know as I know employees enjoy positive feedback. Thanks Mac! I did 4 stars because the girl who took our order was decent but she complained to us about people coming to get coffee at night and how was she ready to go home, I’m sure it was a long day but do feel some things are better left unsaid to customers.
