  Fries were cold and tased ransid. Burgers were no better also had a very bad taste and that’s why there was nobody in there at 6:00pm. Really this experience taught me not to grab a bite on the road and never go to McDonald’s again.

  Got a dinner box for my family. Asked for no salt on the fries. It clearly taste like red ripped fries. If I'm paying, it should be the way I asked. Teenagers need more training on how properly give customer service.

  Food was cold, cheeseburgers, fries, & snack wraps. Kiosk out of paper, mgt person of some type seemed annoyed when asked for receipt. Told her about a big bathroom issue and was going to include one in men's room my husband told me of but she walked away from me as I was talking to her. We travel up & down I-95 and will not be stopping at the Selma location again.

  Do not go to this place after 8pm! I can not believe the service this place has the workers are rude and do not care if you are waiting over an hour for your order!

  With all the wonder of self serve kiosk these days, we have forgone any and all manner of customer service. Now when you walk into a restraint, especially here, people (by people i mean employees) look at you like a novelty when you are trying to get there attention to help you. Its sad really, really sad and disconnected from the ones they are supposed to be serving. Very frustrating when your paying 10 plus dollars for a "value meal" and you can't even get someone to acknowledge you are standing at the counter hoping someone will oblige you and come out from the back where they are hiding and assist you.
