  The service and environment was nice however I would be ashamed to serve someone the disgusting chicken nuggets they gave me. They was old hard as a rock and taste like cardboard. The fries and soda was normal. They should check what they're serving

  Stopped by this new location at Eastfield Crossings and had a good experience. Service was fast as expected, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. Even with it being a newer location everything seemed to be running smoothly. No complaints.

  This location has an entire lane dedicated to mobile orders. They refuse to take any drive through orders in this lane and it makes the drive through lane super long. You would think the mobile app lane would be faster. And you would be wrong! I just went through the mobile app line where there were two employees standing outside just talking to each other. I scan the barcode to notify them I’m there. I get to the window and they tell me to pull up. I watch all the cars in the drive through line receive their food and drive off while I’m still sitting and waiting. They’re selling the same chicken in the drive through line that they do in the mobile app lane but somehow it takes longer to receive it!

  Didn't take long to get . My order. After finishing eating I went to get a refill. I stood and waited about 6 to 7 minutes no one even tried helping me it wasn't so bad but the staff could at least ask if you need a refill especially when your just holding a cup. I finally just gave up and threw my cup away and left.

  My husband and I stopped by the new Selma location after work around 2:30 pm. This was our 2nd trip to this new location. The cashier (Ethan) was very rude! He never smiled, or even acted.like he wanted to take our order. He asked for a name for the order twice I'm assuming because of his lack of interest in helping us. The counter was dirty and sticky from the drinks. My husband saw our drinks on the counter with no lids or straws. A women said they were getting ready to put the lids on and he said he can go get his own lids and straws. Really? In all the years we have been going to Chik fil A I have never seen an employee so rude. In addition my nuggets for the most part were a shade of Grey that was not appetizing. I know everybody has an off day sometimes, but I would definitely get Ethan off the front line before he really offends someone.
