  I ordered online. I paid 57.87 for my order. They never got the order. I never got my food. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. You'll have to wait 7 days for your money back if I even get it back. Never got a email with a receipt but the money is gone.

  Waited ten minutes in a growing line for an employee to finally look out of the back kitchen door and realize people needed service. The young lady was apologetic, however be older lady told the younger one (out loud in front of an line of customers) that even when she does come to the front quickly that the customers waist her time when they don’t know what they want or how to order. Her attitude and customer service would be more fitting for Jerry Seinfied’s “no soup for you” soup kitchen. She generally starts out with everything she’s not going to do for you.

  I sent my mom to get us some subs and wraps and she asked to get one of the protein wraps with no pickles and substitute the sauce for mayo. The lady behind the bar refused and said she couldn't take the pickles off because at the end of the day everything has to be accounted for. With a very poor attitude. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. Very disappointed in this location. I know alot of people in this area and I will make sure to blacklist this location from now on.

  I went on the subway app to find a location on my route for curbside service to make a quick route to a meeting at my child’s school. I found this location and placed my order. When I arrived I pulled into the spot with the subway curbside sign and clicked “I’m here” in the app. I waited 10 min. They did not seem to be busy so I tried to call the number listed online but each time the call did not go through so I tried the number for circle k - the lady I spoke to brought the phone over to subway. The lady who answered was rude and proceeded to tell me they just tried to call me as I informed them I have no missed calls or voice mail on my phone. She then told me they don’t do curbside and I would have to go in. I’m already behind getting to my meeting. I also found her comment hard to believe as I was literally parked in the spot that said Subway curbside… at this point it just sounded like lazy staff. I do not recommend this location.
