  Terrible disrespectful and rude managers. I simply order a pepperoni pizza, received the order it was cheese. No big deal until I called and the cook answered the phone admitted the problem and said he will send over a pizza to make up for the mistake he admitted to. I called an hour after and the manager answer the phone, saying I will not receive my order and it’s my problem not there’s. The cook was In wrong. Take accountability and do not hang up on customers. I was not any way being rude or asking anything that isn’t anything other than what was already paid for. Now you’re stealing from me and delivering false product.

  Food was a bit overcooked, older woman upfront was too focused on job and forgot to use manners, thanked her for food and she immediately went back to doing other task. Parking is hectic when there are more than 2 or 3 customers as the parking lot is very congested

  I just had the new pan pizza and it was the best pizza I've ever had! Papa Johns got a home run with this one!

  The Manager lets their non race employees call employees of color the N****s but always blamed the black workers for staying longer when he told them to clean the store. The closing manager, he helped getting my order correct every time if the closing manager leaves I probably won’t ever go back to Papa John’s again. He showed he cared about every customer whether they were black, white or any other race he always made my pizza fresh. My dough tasted like it wasn’t Fresh like left covered in a trash bag and used the next day. I always watch him make the pizza from scratch he always had flour or whatever on his face. He is the face of Papa John’s. He’s what we need in the world a person that cares about everything whether it’s customers or his co workers and I appreciate him! Thank You Closing Manager

  their mushrooms are absolute garbage. all the other places have normal tasting mushrooms, meanwhile poopie johns has the nastiest mushrooms i've ever had. If you don't like mushrooms, don't get their mushrooms. If you like mushrooms, still don't get their mushrooms that's how bad they are. they are the reason people don't like mushrooms on their pizza.
