  Drive thru wait bordering 30 minutes even with a mobile order, but at least someone’s outside sweeping the parking lot. Drive thru girl was also rude, had a attitude, and tried to blame everything on other people/customers.

  0 stars - A Wednesday night and I saw 5 cars leave the drive thru line after those employees denied service to all of them and refused to answer the drive through because apparently they are too good for that. If you are going to hire employees who don’t want to work then just close already. Do better. Control your night staff and enforce an expectation. There is no reason why someone should wait 45 mins + 1 hour when there is nobody even here??

  Came to McDonald’s on 4-26-26 at the Sanford location and sat in line almost a hour just to place a order woman came on intercom saying she the only one in the store if you stay open 24 hours why isn’t that shift fully staffed as a assistant general manager with major experience y’all need to do better never will I come to this location again

  This is the second time I got food from this McDonald’s in the last few weeks. The first time, DoorDash picked the location for me. I would’ve never gone here on my own. This is the worst McDonald’s in Sanford out of all the locations. The first time I ordered, they told me to pull up and wait. I waited about 10 minutes. When I got home, the Happy Meal toys were wrong. There were cards in the shaker packs instead of the toys. I also ordered a Huntrix meal, which is almost $15, and I ordered the new rumi fries. The whole point of the roomie fries is the shaker bag with the shaker sauce. They gave me a bag but no sauce, only the Hunt’s cards. So I paid almost $6 for fries and a bag with no sauce. I was also missing two more items from the order. This time I ordered through DoorDash again. I ordered two meals and didn’t get either one. Instead, I got two 10‑piece nuggets, no sauce, and not all the fries I paid for. What is the point of paying $15 for a meal if all I get is nuggets and not the rest of the meal? If the store doesn’t have something, why not tell DoorDash so the customer can decide what to do? This is the only McDonald’s in Sanford that gives cold food, makes you wait 10+ minutes, and then still gets the order wrong. They even charge for each sugar packet for coffee, which no other location does. I tried calling the store both times. The first time, someone picked up but it sounded like they were in a car with the window down. Nobody talked. That happened multiple times. The second time, same thing. It feels like they don’t want to answer because they know most customers won't have their order right and calling to complaint.
