- CCChaimaa CathcartAug 27, 20262.0On three separate occasions I would place an Instacart order, they would notify me it is ready, once I get there it would take them 20 minutes to then notify me to go inside the store for pick up. Once inside, it seemed like no one could find the order. Well, on the 3rd time we found out why. They mark orders as complete, possibly to help their order times but the orders are not actually even picked. My husband waited for 30+ minutes for this order, watched other people come after him and get their orders. The person running the orders told him that he doesn’t have the order in the system. After I reached out to Instacart support and showed proof that they marked the order as ready, all of the sudden they found the order and unmarked it. Then told my husband to come back in an hour because they are busy. Did not apologize for wasting our time. My husband tried to call and speak to someone on Sunday, he was told that the manager was busy but would call him, and to this day no one has called us.
