You can hear them playing and laughing through the intercom after making me wait forever at the drive through window, also they’re always outside smoking and not doing their jobs. They don’t care if they make money at this location. I went to bojangles and got an iced coffee instead. 10/10 there and they’re always busy.

I have never been very satisfied with the staff who work, either by carelessness, by lack of attention, but today the experience was terrible. A totally rude person with an attitude of contempt towards me. When I asked for an order, the truth is that one of these places with a lot of education to receive the same, but the person who was there packing the order lacks education and knowledge of customer service.

Lady with the accent. Questioning me on if I ordered x amount of munkins. “Yes I did”. (In the harshest tone and attitude) “Next time you need to come in here and order them because we don’t make them here”. “Um ok how was I supposed to know? “ *rolls her eyes at me Me: “ I hope you have a great day” There should be a block on how many you can order if it’s an issue. Not to mention i tried to order them on Monday and it made me wait until yesterday morning to do so. Her attitude was terrible and was loud with me. At 7am? Thanks for a great start of the day lady! Who hurt you? Why are you so dang mean? I spent almost $100 on that food for you to treat me like I’m a the butthole? So many other people would love to get to manager status and here you are with your title and your shit for attitude. YOU don’t deserve to be the manager. The sweet girl behind you DOES! Not to mention your on my dash cam video acting fool too and I sent it to corporate so now you can answer to them about all these bad reviews about your attitude.
