  The girl with the glasses was really great today 11:30am April 28th. But the rest of the staff was very rude, dismissive, and made is seem that we where a burden to even come to the drive through. The black young man had a massive attitude towards us and rolled his eyes when we gave cash to pay then claimed they dont have change to take it. Pays $23 for coffee and bagel. Now I understand company policy, coffee costs 20cents and the mark up prices we should at least get what we payed for the other times we got coffee it was a great amount. The other time it was literally 4 sips and gone, it was way less coffee. The manager, I believe, black older woman she rolles her eyes as well and made a nasty face. The autmosphere felt miserable today! Very dissapointed. Make the young girl a manager she seems like she acrually cares to be there and the product when shes there with different staff is Amazing that even when im unhappy with my order I dont care cause the people are nice people. I can see now the negative comments, it really depends on the manager/shift changes. Also the large brown shaken drink is wayyy to sweet. The policy is they dont increase the expresso shot when you go up a size but pay more for milk and sugar. It did not taste like expresso so I pay more for sugar and milk? I used my own expresso at home to add. Really dissapointing, I cant come back. While I spent $70 here a week I want quality and good staff. Hope to hear news of management changes and removed the employee/manager Ive stated with the poor attitudes.

  They never have anything! Anytime I go to order a drink its always “we’re out of oat-milk” “we ran out of chocolate” “we dont have this” okay so why are yall open? lmao just drive to the other one and dont waste your time

  What the heck? I like stepped in a good twilight zone. The coffee is banging! Bagel crispy and soft and the extra cream cheese serving was freaking PROPER! The bread to cream cheese ratio was almost 50/50 just perfect! My brown sugar coffee, real expresso shots, next time Ill add cold foam. We are from NY and seriously surprised at how the staff is running this location. Keep it up we appriciate you, hands down staff doing dunkin right. We have the blue truck! See ya soon!

  The staff was just joking and giggling with each other to be bothered with customers. We also ordered two dozen donuts with a drink. They only gave us the drink because they had to get back to joking with each other.
