Friday at 4:30. Supposed to be open until 10:30. No tea, drinks were empty, on the line—barely any food. The person who was working at the counter had to go back to get lettuce and the cilantro sauce. Everything looked like it had been on the hot bar a while.
I typically order from the app and pick up at the window on my way home. Today, I went inside. Floors were dirty, tables dirty. We went to the bar to sit. It wasn’t clean either. Trash overflowing. There was no way to carry on a conversation because the music was so loud. Not a good experience at all and doubt I will be back.

Food ain't bad at all and glad there's one in Sanford. Only thing that needs to be fixed is don't tell the customer who is waiting on his mobile order inside the store to use the drive thru because you don't want people to pickup inside when it is clearly an option on the Chipotle app. Either don't be rude your customers or have them remove the pickup inside option from the app.

We went for the first time, and honestly, I don't get all the hate. The food was fine (on par for this type of restaurant) and had plenty of flavor. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. I wouldn't recommend eating off the floors or anything, but let's be real. It's Chipotle. This isn't high-end dining.
I'm sad to say that I have been thoroughly disappointed by one of my favorite restaurants. Went to Chipotle in sanford for the first time. They charge extra for the chips and they were stale. The queso cheese was actually sharp cheese that was curd too thick, lumpy and not queso! The food didn't have the flavor I am used to and I was just overall unsatisfied. They don't answer the phones, I guess bc they know its complaints so I can't even get through to talk to them about this. Needless to say, I won't be going back there.
This place is really nice and you can tell it is new however the attitudes from the workers on todays shift 6/5/26 at 2pm was genuinely a bit daunting. They were slamming boxes of the food, sliding down the food carelessly, stank attitudes which genuinely killed the vibe. Said girl was a white woman with brown ish hair pulled back into a pony, working the line alongside 2 others girls. It also inconveniently had no lemonades available, trash to be upkept and the area a bit dirty. I had also ordered a chicken quesadilla which came with unmelted cheese and no chicken to be found. After heading up to get it fixed, the girl again had a visual attitude. Also, the head lady.. I am assuming the manager on duty as people were reporting to her, she has like redish brown hair w a hat and a bun, bigger set.. she had a very bad attitude with customers who were even just asking for a cup, etc. i feel as though at a position such as that one, it is imperative to put aside personal issues, feelings, etc. to provide the best experience for the customers. Find some new workers please!
