  HORRIBLE! Since we have not eaten here in over a year due to constant messed up orders we thought we would give them a try. Just wanted to switch out the cheese on the burger. When we got to the restaurant the girl at the front said they have to make you a new burger because they didn't put the right cheese. I thought oh wow so they did get better about messing up orders. Well as you can see they were just supposed to change the cheese when we got home we see there is nothing on that burger but the cheese no condiments, no toppings. So we move on to the other sandwich that was beer cheese steak , oohh my word some one went crazy with the salt or season salt, it was so salty , completely inedible, I don't think drinking straight soy sauce would have been as salty as that sandwich Will not recommend to anyone, maybe the drinks are ok

  Ordered 60 wings 25 mins in advance today for the Cains game. Drove to pick up the order and told by front cashier my order was never processed and it would an additional 30 minute wait. Poor customer service . We will not go back to this location .

  I already have a low bar when it comes to BWW. All the restaurants I have been too service is slow and employees seem to hate their jobs. Y’all lowered the bar. I just wanted to watch some playoff hockey and am just moving to the area so I don’t have my tv set up and figured surely they’ll have the playoffs on. Soooo, I ate at the bar waited for 18 min (2:40-3:08) before anyone took my drink order, that excessive especially with the whole 12 people that were dining in. Took another 20 minutes to get my food order, and dang the wings must’ve come from a pigeon cause they were TINY! And worst of it all, they didnt have the live game on, but had a replay game from the previous day on. I asked them if to change the channel, and with some attitude told me only a manager can change the channel. Took them like 25 minutes to finally turn the game on, on a TV across the restaurant. I left after I ate and watched the rest of the game on my phone which was much more enjoyable. Do better yall. Your wing flavors are great, I love the queso and Wild Herd kolsh, but man it’s hard to keep coming when the service is crap.

  Best Burgers in town and frankly the best burgers from any chain IMO. It's your traditional American food done right, prices are good. Service can be slow, especially at lunch time. Most complain it's always freezing at this location, but it's refreshing during the summer.
