- KCKimberly Cornell5 days ago4.0The people I've encountered are always courteous and the food is good enough for what is typical of fast food cooked in a hurry. The only thing I'm unsettled about is the offense they always seem to take if I mention wanting a RECEIPT. And Not just the "printed LIST OF ITEMS" stapled to the bag. Yet That's what whoever is at the checkout always points to with attitude. One time I paid with cash and was told they Only provide receipts for Card purchases. Several other times i paid with a card and was Not given Actual receipt. And Today as I paid with card, I watched the guy make special effort to make Sure my receipt was put on Trash can. Then when I inquired he points to item LIST On bag , I said THAT'S not proof of My payment with My card's info, he claimed they only give if the customer ASKS for it. And then dramatic "you have a good day ma'am" like basically saying End of conversation. I don't appreciate that. ITS A VERY DUMB BUSINESS POLICY TO DENY ACTUAL RECEIPTS. And also prevents customers from taking of possible Deals for free food if complete surveys.
- SRSteven RathburnAug 9, 20265.0I eat at this Bojangles at least twice a month, There are a few people who work the window that do a great job and there are some who have terrible attitudes, like the 40-50 year-old Hispanic woman who was working the drive-thru at lunch time last Tuesday or Thursday (can’t remember which day exactly) her attitude was terrible. The reason I am giving this place five stars is because of the girl named Joy who works the window quite often. She is so nice and polite and upbeat And does a great job. Since she has started, she has consistently been excellent at her job when I stop in. I wish my business was at a point where we could hire someone for customer service because I would offer Joy a job in a heartbeat!!!
