  I’ve never been to a Arby’s before and I was on a road trip from Tennessee so I thought well might as well try it and let me tell you. I’ll do it again for sure. I went in there and it was clean inviting and everyone had a smile the boy who took my order named Jaylen did an excellent job. He helped me get a good item on the menu because I had no clue to get and whatever it was, he told me to get was amazing. He was funny sweet and helped me. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Arby’s and Jaylen.

  Excellent experience at Arby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and my order was prepared exactly as requested. The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient, and the service was quick. I really appreciate the consistent quality and great customer service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Arby’s!

  I couldn’t understand why there was a four star Arby’s on Google maps in the middle of North Carolina. Then I met Katelyn in the drive-through and everything clicked into place. Her voice sounds like a literal commercial and she was friendly and Prompt. Everything was perfect.
