  Worst ever, from out of town, came every night for 3 nights around 10pm, owner could care less about coaching drive thru times. It’s ridiculous… I did mobile order, had to wait as I paid. Still here, been 30min. They let you sit at the ordering menu, no mention of waiting, no cars in window… I pull up, said it was shift change.,sat for 20 more min. Don’t believe me, look at 5/10/26 at 10:34pm times! Sitting this one spot for 20min, been here for 30! Unacceptable, horrible owner, McDonald lads need to get involved.

  I placed an order for curbside pickup this evening around 8:00pm. I received a text message the order was ready around 8:30. I waited in spot 7, checked in until around 8:45. I went inside to see what was taking so long. The order was not even put together. I asked for my order. The man behind the counter made it without hesitation. When I got home, everything was wrong. I got a Big Mac meal. The Big Mac was supposed to be onion and sauce free. There was sauce and more onions than I could count. While waiting in the curbside parking spot, there was a sign that stated my satisfaction is your priority. Well, I am not satisfied.

  Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to staff was joking flicking each other and cussing In front of customers. Joking about how they needed to hurry up and get peoples food out no one ever came to counter to take order so people had to use kiosk orders were wrong we waited for 30mins while everyone around us got orders and our was sitting but never bagged even after we asked a staff member about it. We ended up asking for a refund after we waited over 30mins even the older gentleman that works there tried to get their attention to get the order multiple times. Also watched a staff member holding his pants up and scratching his nose multiple times prepare food we were disgusted!!

  Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Took 21 mins from time I ordered I drive thru until I got my food. Order a happy meal for my kid with bottled water. Got to the window and they forgot the bottled water when I told them about it all he said was "we out bottled water". Then she didn't get her toy with it. I tried again today. Been in line now for 17 mins so far. If I hadn't already promised my autistic daughter a happy meal I wouldn't be here now. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS MCDONALD'S. STAFF IS RUDE AND THE FOOD SUCKS. DONT COME HERE

  This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. I have lived in this town For about two years now, and have come through this drive-through many times at all different times of day. It doesn’t matter what time you come, they are SO SLOW! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to pull away from the drive-through and just drive up to the window because no one answers it. Both speakers will have cars lined up and no one says a word. They’ll leave you sitting there for 20 minutes. I’m sure it would be longer if I didn’t give up and drive around. Once I get to the window, they act surprised that I am there. I always use the app and place a mobile order so it shouldn’t be shocking that these items need to be made. Whether I have to give up on the speaker and drive to the window or on the occasions they do answer at the speaker, the weight in the line is horrendous. It doesn’t matter what you order. They are notorious for pulling people forward and making you wait around the side of the building. It’s just ridiculous. It’s like they never have anything made. I would even understand if my food was hot when I got it, meaning they had to cook it fresh, but that’s not the case. You wait forever at the drive-through, you wait forever in the line at the window, and then you wait forever to get your food… And your fries are cold! They seem to be well staffed at breakfast, but the people act like they have no idea how to do their jobs. They seem so confused, they don’t know what your order is, slow. If you go around dinner time or later at night, there is less staff. They are better about getting your order right but the weight is still horrendous. I don’t understand why this place can’t staff appropriately or train people to do the basic skills it takes to run a drive-through. This is my last visit to this location. I would bet money it would take me less time to drive across town to the McDonald’s on Jake Alexander to get my food then it would to go through this drive-through, which is closer to my house. It’s infuriating if you order something using your app points and they don’t have it, they just tell you they don’t have it and don’t offer you anything equivalent. It’s the same if you use your app and pay money. If they don’t have what you ordered, they should at least offer you something of equivalent value or better. But they don’t. Because again, they have no idea what they are doing. Just save yourself the frustration and time and go somewhere else. The KFC, Wendy’s, and Taco Bell that’s around this McDonald’s all have better service. I kept thinking they would improve, but sadly, it never has. I watched 3 Cars Just Dr. away today because no one ever answered the speaker after they had been sitting there for 15 minutes. I know they had been waiting for 15 minutes because they were in the line right beside me.
