- BEBill EvansMay 12, 20262.0A boringly decorated shop. My donuts were pulled out of racks, not from the case and we're not very fresh. BUT, they're my favorite doughnut brand so, I ate them all anyway. The filling in the filled donuts was skimpy but the apple filled made up for it

I specifically chose to visit because the Hot Light was on, hoping to create a small but memorable birthday moment for my daughter. In the past, I’ve associated Krispy Kreme with warm, welcoming service and little acts of kindness that make visits feel special. Unfortunately, today was the complete opposite. The the employee on duty, an older woman with salt-and-pepper hair and glasses, was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Her attitude was not only unwelcoming but frankly off-putting, especially considering the occasion. When I attempted to address the situation or simply understand her response, she refused to provide her name and continued with the same unpleasant demeanor. What should have been a joyful birthday treat quickly turned into a frustrating and disheartening experience. It’s disappointing because moments like these matter, especially when you’re trying to create positive memories for your child. As a result of this interaction, I will not be returning to this location. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the level of customer service moving forward.

They were the same so I asked to pay for latte only. Handed another receipt for latte only $4+ HOWEVER, I have not received the cc credit as yet after told 3 business days when I called on Tues. 2/24. Better check the cust svc & Accounting!!
