  Pickup used to be great here but I’m tired of waiting 30+ minutes for them to not bring the groceries outside.

  Don't shop here I would give zero stars, go to literally any other food lion in Salisbury. I got racially profiled ( I am a black woman ) and accused of stealing for wearing pajamas ( I assume because the woman refused to answer why she treated me this way ) I'm in college I'm not sorry for wearing a hoodie and pajama pants with my purse but I cant understand why else the bitter woman treated me as if I was the problem for getting upset and confused when I didn't take anything, SHE WALKED UP TO ME. HER EXACT WORDS TO ME AS SHE INTERRUPTED MY SHOPPING WAS "Just go ahead and give me what you took " ??????? I WAS going to cash my check and buy some ice cream until this situation happened and but I'm never going back to food lion. She seemed very comfortable speaking to me so rudely and didn't even seem apologetic so when I tried to calmly ask her what reason I gave her to say that to me she just stared at me, and even declined to check my bag when I offered it to prove I have nothing to hide. Why would someone accuse me of such a nasty action and then not even try to fix the situation and just explained her behavior by saying " people take things all the time " what does that have to do with you walking up to me and ruining my morning? Whoever this " customer service " woman is ruined my experience and I will proudly tell everyone I know about it as a woman of color who previously worked at Foodlion I am disgusted that this behavior is allowed. I hope this truly stops people from going there people like this shouldn't be working in customer service and as long as they keep working there, I WONT BE SHOPPING THERE!

  I always feel like I am valued as a customer when I go into this store. The associates a kind and helpful as well as down to earth. I really appreciate that. One of the associates in particular always greets me with a warm smile and greeting as soon as I go in. She is also kind to everyone that comes through her checkout line and beyond. I always love it when she is working in the store. Five stars, well received!
