- BSBreanna SowersJun 13, 20261.0I hate to write this review, however, after 2 bad experiences I feel like I need to share. I frequent this DD often when in Salisbury. About a month ago I stopped by and tried going inside (probably around 4pm), the door was locked and no sign on the door. We were confused and there were 2 ladies in the back who stuck their head around and looked at us. We figured they were coming but after another minute of waiting they came and stated they were “slammed” and couldn’t keep up with the people. I am not lying one bit when I say there was not one person in the drive through nor parked in the parking lot. They asked if we could go through the drive through, we said okay, but super confused what the difference was. We get to the drive through and WAIT 5 minutes for someone to get to us. Absolutely absurd. Should we have pulled off and left? Maybe. Anyway, we finally get to the window, get our drinks and of course they were not good. Fast forward to today. No one in the parking lot, 1 vehicle in front of us. Why are we waiting 5-7 minutes when the person in front only ordered 1 drink? I don’t get it. I have never had an issue with this location until this past month. On top of this, they didn’t get the order correct and had to have them fix it. Please hire more help if it’s needed and people with better customer service. Will go to the other Salisbury location from now on.

The only thing they said when they opened the window was my total! No “hey how are you” and as soon and they gave me my order they closed the window! No “have a good day or anything” if you hate your job that much go find another one! Yes I know not everyone wants conversation BUT sometimes even a small conversation goes a long way!
