  There was ONLY 2 people working in the whole place. They were trying to fill on-line and walk in orders, there was dirty containers piled high on the back counters and you could tell the workers were becoming frustrated. The young Lady remained poised and pleasant and I had to commend her on her demeanor. Due to the staff shortage, i imagine; the food wasn't great and all of the food items were not available i.e sour cream. One patron walked out after ordering.

  The service was extremely slow. Even though there were only two people in front of me, I waited more than 10 minutes for my order. They were out of the roasted vegetables, and the sour cream looked old and spoiled. The portions were also very small. Overall, the service was painfully slow, and this was probably the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

  Placed a pickup order here on a Sunday at 12:30pm. There was a huuuuge line, as expected at lunch on a Sunday, so I was worried it’d take awhile to get my pickup order. But it was done right on time. The food was delicious. Hot, fresh chicken and the barbacoa was great! The portions were also good, unlike other Chipotle locations I have eaten at. Good location! The parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare during lunch though.

  This is the nastiest place I’ve ever been in in my life. I guarantee you that none of this stuff has been wiped down or washed since they open this morning maybe even yesterday! I see all of these messages where you say you’re going to address these issues but nothing ever happens. You need to fire that store manager and clean house . Somebody is gonna be seriously ill at some point Because of your Inability or want to act. I am calling and filling a report with the health inspector.

  Now let me start off and say I used to come to this chipotle all of the time and there were some good days and bad. Tonight on June 17th, 2026 I walked in thinking I was going to enjoy some Chipotle and to my surprise I walked out with bland chips and quac. I had to wait what felt like 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me let alone take my order. As I was standing there my I was losing my appetite, slowly. Behind the glass was an absolute mess food everywhere. The manager standing at the register looking like he didn’t want to be there. The 2 employees building the bowls and burritos were a hot mess. When I was finally recognized all I wanted was Guac and chips. As I stood at the register a mobile pick up customer drove 15 mins back because they didn’t give her 2 of the items she asked for. She wished me luck as she left. I understand it gets busy but that was the worst I’ve seen it and I’ve been in a lot of chipotle’s 🤣🤣
