  This location forgets my sauces every time. And literally the worst set up to try to get back in line to get them. Just happened to be the day of the cheerwine festival this time too, so you can imagine how hard of a time I had just getting back to get my sauces.

  I'm pretty sure they sent all the decent employees from this store to the newly open location off Julian Road. Rude employees (I didn't know that could happen at CFA), incorrect order, dirty tables. What was going on at this store?!?!?! It might be best to avoid the Innes St location for a while as the company figures out how to run 2 restaurants in Salisbury again.

  What has happened to the chicken on the chicken sandwich? It is so thin I would swear they are making two or three chicken sandwiches out of one chicken breast! The filets are so thin I could read a newspaper through it. Yeah that was a bad attempt at humor but really, where are the plump and juicy chicken filets??? The MOD did take care of us when I brought it to her attention but both my wife’s and my sandwiches were very disappointing. And on top of that they had the doors to the play area open and it was unnecessarily loud in the dining room. There are doors on that area for a reason! If it’s hot in the play area get something done with the climate control system.

  They had an employee blocking off lanes of traffic which made it impossible to get into the parking lot. Because of that, I had to park and go inside to pick up my order. The restroom had only two stalls and one sink so the wait was long. By the time I finally got to the counter I gave the person at the counter my name and asked if they had already called me while I was in the restroom. She made me repeat myself and then proceeded to ask me my name which I had already given her twice. I ordered 3 kids meals plus 2 adult meals. She handed me 4 bags and she tried to hand me the drinks and said sorry we don't have drink trays. I said well can you at least put all these bags into one large bag. I realized an adult meal was missing but she said it was in the bag with one of the kids meal. Thankfully I didn't take her word for it because the order was missing all together. Once I got to the car I had to go back because they didn't give us straws. I purposely did not ask for sauce for the kids meals but guess what each of my kids got into as we were driving down the highway. To top it off, I felt sick after eating my food.
