Service could have been better and the cashier could have been a little friendlier. I came through the drive thru, she opens the window and just begins verifying my order and gave me the total, didn't speak or anything. I irdered the 9pc nugget meal with Mac n cheese. After getting the food and drink, I asked for jelly and a knife, she hands me only jelly, I asked for a knife again, she says we dont have knives....😒🤔 ummm ok, so what's the alternative...didn't ask if I would like a spoon instead, nothing, as she talking to her other coworkers about a guy outside getting exercise in. I just said ok and drove off. Customer service is everything to me, and you get one chance to make a first impression, so its a no for me if ever traveling that way again.

- SSShyAug 2, 20261.0I entered and saw a man cleaning the floor. He took my order and started preparing my food without washing his hands. I then asked if he was going to wash his hands, and he began to do so. There was a tall young girl who was being rude, questioning me about my concerns and how I knew he hadn’t washed his hands. No one else seemed bothered, just her, as if she was trying to stir up trouble. Everyone else was just watching and ignoring her nonsense. I requested to speak with a manager, who was nice and made the process easy, even changing my mind about wanting a refund. However, I informed them I would be reporting to corporate, and they didn’t seem to care. The employees mentioned, "This is a franchise." The loud girl said, "I can call her right now," acting like there would be no consequences for their behavior. I will be reporting this location to the health department. I pass by this location often and won’t spend another dime here. There are other bojangles with excellent customer service that don’t handle food after touching a dirty mop. Plus, they forgot my biscuit with the meal.
