  Waited over half an hour in the drive thru after placing my order only to reach the window and be told they were out of chicken. I don't blame the worker's, it's not their fault their management didn't properly order what was needed for a Friday night.

  Walked in to use restroom then order food. I was the only one in line. Employees glanced, but failed to acknowledge me. After a short while, a young uninviting lady came to take my order. I specifically told her I wanted the 5pc chicken finger dinner with fries, tea, and honey mustard sauce. She rings me up and told me a price of a s… forget it. I’ve never been encountered like this at any other Bojangles. I get that they were moderately busy with drive thru (late morning), but my experience there was disappointing. Do better

  This place ( lack of the word ) SUCKS.They sure as hell do not know how to cook food. I wouldn't even feed a dog that crap.

  Not sure what going on. people in drive thru line over 20 minutes. people waiting for food started leaving the drive thru line and going over to mcdonalds across the street. i finally get to window and explain the order they thought was mine was the car ahead of me that left and 2 cars behind me also left. The employee then couldnt find my order on the screen yet it was prepared. The food was lukewarm and the drink had sat prepared for so long that the ice had melted and the drink was watered down and flat. One lady that had waited behind me drove out of line and walked inside to try to get her food as she had been waiting so long. What a mess which added more stress to the employees trying to figure out what food went to which car and having to delete orders for those who left without getting their orders.

  I left my house hungry tonight at 9 o'clock and drove to this location to get something to eat. I arrived at 9:25 & placed my order at the drive-thru teller just for these people to tell me that they aren't gonna make my food because they are closing in 35 minutes, when I got to the window. It take 7 minutes to cook a chicken filet for a sandwich and even less for the fries, but they could've make it because they are so sorry and lazy that they wanted to leave work at 10 when the restaurant was supposed to actually close. I have never received such crappy customer service. I won't return here and I'll tell everyone about y'all 1 star service. Y'all should be ashamed to have such sorry people representing Bojangles. ****Update, I spoke with a nice area manager who informed me if I return to this location the next morning, she would have the general manager comp my meal that I was refused the night before. I left my home again, to drive to this location, only to have a short heavy set Indian lady who is an employee, come out the door yelling that they are closed because the health department was there, which was a lie and there's no way that the general manager, who was inside the store, didn't hear this lady yelling. As a matter of fact, I assume he is the one having her do it. So I called the area manager back to tell her what was going on. She then calls the general manager inside the store on 3 way and tells him what I told her and he acts like he doesn't know what's going on. The area manager tells him, sternly to make my food right away. After all that I finally get my meal...You people ought to be ashamed of yourselves. If you don't wanna work, sit your lazy butts at home and let someone who will actually provide good service have those jobs. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone about this experience.
