  The manager Tara was very Rude and unprofessional she doesn't know how to do her job properly she needs to be demoted. I paid for my food and waited 30 minutes for them to bring it out and never received it ,I went inside to get a refund because I waited so long. Tara wouldn't give me a refund stated that she didn't know how to give refunds. Her attitude and approach was very unprofessional, (What kind of Manger don't know how to give a refund). I ended up not getting my food or money back I will be contacting her Supervisor tomorrow.

  I hate coming here. They are so slow and always out of something. It's 12:45pm and they're out of mac& cheese and chicken....they treat this Bojangles like a mom & pop restaurant, its a 15-20 minute wait on chicken. Like seriously, they need new management.

  I order the Cajun chicken and the chicken was old. I ordered a large Bo Rounds and they gave me only eight. Very disappointed

  The only good thing you can say about this place is they do not discriminate and hire people with special needs. Having the ability to read decreases the chance they will hire you. After a minimum of 10 attempts and never actually getting what I ordered I am convinced no one knows how to read.

  Every time I have ever been there something was always made wrong. Asked for a grilled chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit and got a grilled chicken with no egg or cheese. Another time i went, they put lettuce and tomato on my grilled chicken biscuit. ALWAYS get pulled up to wait 10+ minutes on my food. How do you make me wait and STILL get my order wrong!
