  So this place is Drive-Thru only currently and has always been known to me as the McDonalds that messes orders up. It’s still true

  I completed my order through the mobile app which forced me to order breakfast. I then set in line for 15 minutes to get up to the window to be told that they've switched over from breakfast to lunch and I can't have my food and they're going to have to refund me. It really just infuriates me that I didn't even want breakfast was forced to order it through their app and then refuse to give the food that they forced me to order all after waiting for 20 minutes

  Pésimo servicio se la pasan platicando no entregan los pedidos los clientes los tienen que tomar es la segunda vez que voy no tienen muchos clientes y lo tienen esperando a uno

  Overall, the location is run very poorly. Staff is not very friendly nor greet their guests at all. I watched multiple people leave after standing at the front for 10+ min. Never greeted at all. Food is cold and they dont bring it to the table like they are supposed to. They just yell your name very rudely and throw the food down on the front counter. The kitchen is open so you can hear EVERYRHING the staff says. You can hear them constantly talk about the guests, leaving early because of other staff and general unhappiness with working. Every visit is just poor. There are way better options to spend $30 for 2 people.
