Now I'm being told from the cashier that the coupon came off etc. get to customer service desk and they say now you have to use the kiosk for coupons and the app doesn't work anymore. When and all the other food Lions I use it just fine I don't understand food Lion if you want me to use the app then stop telling me I need to use a kiosk you got me into the app now I don't know what to do I canceled my order and just went to Walmart

The cashier Kayla was very friendly. She was sure to ask if I found everything okay and smiled during the entire transaction. I highly appreciate smiles when walking into customer service jobs especially when I’m exhausted so thank you Kayla for being amazing!

This store no longer honor the prices that are shown. One 2 seperate trips the stockers have been placing products in front on the wrong price. Two different managers refused to give me the items for the prices it was in front of. Its not like it was just one sales sign in front Noo It was on the whole shelf. One visit a manager refused to match the price was on laundry detergent. All of the tide simply had sale signs in front of them. This manager says on a customer put it in the wrong place but the thing is she proceeded to move it to the right place which had no room for it to fit on the shelf, but she lied and said a customer did it. The second was on foodlion brand fries and tator tots which All had signs that said 2 for $6 on all the family size bag. I wanted one of each but the manager stated that due to the remodel all the tags fell and i couldn't get it for that price like it was my fault. It's bad enough they want us to shop, ring up, and bag our own items now. To not honor prices that are advertised should very well be illegal and they will be reported for this.

Love the neighborhood feel here. Convenient and easy in & out. However, EVERY single time I come, they're always, always, always out of common items. And not just sale items. I have to go to Walmart to get the rest and I'm really wanting to give up Walmart and use food Lion more.
