  Drive thru is terrible. Employee managing the drive thru merge directed me to get behind people who haven’t even placed their order yet when I had ordered over 10 mins previously. Total time in drive thru is over 15 mins when the photo was taken. I estimate I’ll be here 30 mins

  Everything was great except the wait. When are on lunch break you can't be in line for twenty minutes. But I love the fact that there are available gluten free bread for sandwiches.

  I hadn't had Chik-fil-A in about 10 years, because there weren't any close to me. Then I found out a Chik-fil-A was opening up here in my hole-in-the-wall town of Roxboro. I was skeptical at first, because I'm loyal to other fast food restaurants and people were SWARMING in like it was the best thing since sliced bread. Well, now I see why. The spicy chicken sandwich is well-seasoned but not spicy and is well-fried. It has more protein than some other fast food chicken sandwiches and is fried in peanut oil, which has heart-healthy omega 6 fatty acids. It's still not healthy overall, but it's not that bad. The pickles add moisture and a nice tang without upstaging the chicken. The waffle fries are nice and salty but not greasy. They're an interesting shape and relatively large. I was pleased with the price for my meal-it was slightly less than prices at other fast food joints. I was also pleased with the kind customer service, and the people taking orders in the drive thru struck up a long conversation with another customer. The line had about a 20 minute delay, and there was no way to pull out of the drive thru once I got so far. So, don't come here for your lunch break unless you have an hour. I enjoyed waiting in line due to the pleasant weather, the fans, and the shaded area. My experience was so good that I'd consider Chik-fil-A my new favorite fast food restaurant.

  People are giving low ratings and not giving the Restaurant a chance to get settled. It hasn’t even been a month yet. For the traffic and the amount of people that they’ve received and are still receiving, I think that they’re doing a great job. My food has been good each time I’ve been, I’ve been a few times since going to the grand opening as well. I did have an issue with one order but so have I at most of the other restaurants in this area so there’s nothing different there. No one is perfect. I highly recommend them and I am very glad to have them here as a transplant from Durham

  Waited 45 minutes to get my food, was handed the wrong food that I had to sort through and then they saved it and gave the same food to the correct person instead of making them a new order. The staff was extremely disorganized, I know it’s a new establishment but in dire need of more training. The food was also cold. The number of times the person handing out the food scratching into their scalp without washing their hands or wearing gloves was a little gross.
