  PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE!! I’m not sure what the guy’s name is but he was an older white guy and he was incredibly rude. He yelled over top of us while we tried to give him directions and he wouldn’t even try to listen. We had to go downstairs and meet him for our food and he complained that our complex was confusing and he didn’t have all day to ride around and look for doors. He hung up on us at one point and the whole interaction was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Never going to order from this location EVER.

  We got the NY style 16 inch pizza and it leaves a lot behind. Thin crust wasn't soft at all seemed burnt no sauce. The boneless wings that were supposed to be garlic parm flavored had almost no sauce.

  Taneshia wilborn Is not professional at all, and does not deserve to work for Pizza Hut. I placed a delivery order for a large pizza and boned in wings, extra ranch and garlic sauce. When my delivery order arrived, I did not receive what I ordered. So I called To speak with someone, but nobody would answer. So I got out of the comfort of my own home to drive to Pizza Hut. When I arrived at 9:47, I spoke with Taneshia wilborn, and told her about my messed up order. She made faces at me while speaking with her. Then decided she was going to charge me extra for their mess up. I told her that I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a mistake that wasn’t my fault. I still proceeded to grab my wallet out the car, I can hear her talking with her coworker about me, as I am walking out. Taneshia wilborn Was saying rude things about me, when I came back inside I asked her could she repeat what she said, and she proceeded to ignore me, then said, “you know what I’m not making your order over again, you can speak with my general manager tomorrow. And asked me to leave, very rude and disrespectful, I’ve never in my life been treated like that before, professionalism is important in a business, and I believe something should be done. Even if I need to reach out to corporate.
