The second time was just now and motivated me enough to leave a review. I placed a plan ahead order online for pickup for several pizzas. It turns out they cancelled my order without my knowledge and I had to pivot dinner plans entirely because I was counting on this for a fourth of July family gathering. I would've been ok if they had informed me my order was canceled but they waited for me to walk in the store to tell me. Incredibly frustrating experience. This may be corporate's fault for allowing the order to be placed on a day they're closed, but the store is accountable for orders that slip through the cracks when the customer is expecting service. I used to manage a pizza place for years too. This one just sucks. Don't bother

I then realized I didn’t have my sauces, sauces that were essential to my order (i.e icing for cinnamon bites) were not there. I paid for extras. I tried calling the location TWICE. Will ring on for upwards of 10 minutes. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. But will not be spending anymore of my money here in the future. Having working phones is a must for a pizza place. Absolutely ridiculous.

Consistently, my pizza arrives cold. I quit ordering from this store because even the GM 5 years ago was extremely unprofessional. I realize the GMs and AGMs work a ridiculous amount of hours every week. (Not uncommon for them to be at the store 70+ hours a week) However, I have had problems with this store for years. I was hoping tonight Amber had left, but unlucky for me, she has not. I track my order. I do this because of my address, the drivers hit other homes along the way, and my pizza arrives cold. Ten years of 8 out of 10 times, the food is cold and/or condiments are missing. Amber verbally bashed me this evening. She told me I was the problem and maybe I should move. She has always been difficult with a hot temper. Working at a buy here pay here used car store where being kind keeps money in your bank account would be more appropriate for her. Maybe your Google ratings will improve. Your food, however, will always be subpar because your customer service is in the toilet. I have never in 51 years had a "professional" general manager speak to me with the inappropriate verbiage Amber used this evening. Also, for future disappointed customers, calling "corporate" does you no good. The complaint is just sent back to the individual store. So again, I've learned my lesson. Doordash rarely disappoints. This store, however, historically always has. A GM should NEVER speak to any customer with insults & inappropriate language. 3.0 rating you will continue to have as long as she is working there. I feel there's more to the story with Ms. Amber. No way would she still be working there unless, well, you catch my drift. Rolesville Domino's, you'll never get another order from me. And, if I do not receive said promised refund, I'd gladly report this to Capital One.
