  THE WORST.....5/14/26 7:30 a.m. absolutely the worst krispy kreme . ordered 3 donuts online two orange dreamsicle and a cinnamon roll. the wife and i get to the store and no surprise no orange and so much glaze on the cinnamon roll you couldn't even see the donut. not surprised as they didn't have the strawberry either when that special was goin on. the women in the drivethru is obnoxious the " manager" is dismissive. she offered a refund and free donuts but half of the display is empty...so we get free donuts with none to choose from...and by the way we did not take anything for free. this absolutely the worst run and kept up store...staff is rude, store has no product, equipment is always broken, half of the signs outside dont work, you cant even get a receipt printed because that doesn't work either. needless to say we left with a refund, empty stomachs but enough disappointment to get over to dunkin...love that for us.

  Went inside with my mother to get her at least maybe a 3 pack of doughnuts for Mother’s Day as I wanted to treat her out. We’ve been in there for a little while and both workers refused to acknowledge us in order to get our orders taken. Both my mother and I walked out with nothing and it just felt like a waste of time and gas. Just noted that it was very slow and at least 1 or 2 cars in the drive-thru and no customers inside. One is on drive-thru which is normal and then the other one is looking at us here and there but was avoiding the counter. Honestly I believe this is part of the reason why Rocky Mount struggles to keep businesses open and attract new businesses as a whole.

  Hey lady behind the glass wall, I can't hear you, I can hear the 2 employees right in front of me, so if you could quit running your mouth and allow me to properly discuss with the 2 employees as to why y'all don't have my doordash order. Lose the attitude next time, it was unnecessary, disrespectful and pathetic. You shouldn't be working there if you can't handle yourself better than that over something simple

  The donuts are good & fresh, but the service is horrible. The guy at the window was so rude and short with every response and acted like he did not care one thing about his job. Unfortunately all Krispy Kreme’s are like this now-a-days.

  This Krispy K store is disappointing, either they're out of doughnuts or the machine is not working. I just drove by today to may be order doughnuts, but I didn't even see any sign of life or activity around, so didn't bother stopping. In contrast, the Dunkin D close by has cars buzzing about the drive thru and people going in and out. It's a shame that I prefer Krispy K. This has to get better or let someone else run this store or something. I paid another visit on 4/29/26 and got stale, deformed glazed doughnuts, sad!!
