Looks like everyone is saying the same thing. I think it's time to look at these reviews and really take in what's being said! I was in last Friday with 2 of my girls and granddaughter, the service was BAD! We watched 4 people wait 20 minutes at the to go register before a soul even looked their way. I'm going to place the blame on the kitchen as well as the wait staff. We had to end up complaining because we had been there an hour and were on a time crunch. Not one napkin was at our table, the waitress took only three of our drink orders before just running off. Not sure what she was running to because no food was coming out. I saw many disgruntled customers. I finally got up to look for napkins for myself. The waitress was very friendly and polite but that's not all that counts in the serves industry. We ended up scoffing our food down and throwing half in a to go box...we got our appetizer last. Not a comp in site!! The food is fast food quality at best so there is no reason it should take almost 2 hours to get in and out of there. DO BETTER!! These reviews have been bad for a long time

Me and my family take a seat and immediately notice it's humid and hot, shortly a server with bright red braids come up and immediately isn't pleased we tell her our order and so on, she comes back a total of 3 times for the order drink and then the food, each time she sighs and is visibly annoyed we don't receive any silver ware just a plastic spoon, we later ask for silver ware where she rolls her eyes and stops bye minutes later and she drops a fork quickly on the table, another lady with black wavy hair and glasses comes over for 2 seconds asked how we were and had better service then our waiter the cups were clearly not cleaned properly as all of our drinks tasted of dirty rags overall the service was sadly so poor and I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a good clean and friendly atmosphere to eat at. The experience was mediocre at best. Service was not good at all. Seemed to have one person working all the floor at lunch time. Server was not very attentive to the table took nearly 20 minutes after drinks arrived before coming to take order. Was another 30 minutes before most of our food arrived and another 10 for the rest of our fries. Food was honestly nothing special at all either. Not a place I would recommend to anyone or visit again myself!

I have been a loyal Buffalo Wild Wings customer for decades, and I can honestly say that this was one of the worst experiences I have encountered in nearly 50 years of life. The problems started before we even sat down to eat. I went to wash my hands, and the restroom was absolutely disgusting. There was urine on the floor, vomit present, and paper towels overflowing in the sink. It immediately set a negative tone for the evening. When our group was seated, we waited more than 15 minutes before our waitress even acknowledged us. The staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested from the start. This was especially disappointing because Buffalo Wild Wings has been a favorite of mine and my family for over 30 years. I love the traditional wings, regularly use the app, and have visited Buffalo Wild Wings locations in more cities and states than I can count. When the waitress finally arrived, I asked about a special offer I had seen in the app. She told me that if I wanted the wing-and-fries combination at the promotional price, I would need to place the order through the app and then pick it up at the counter. That seemed reasonable, so I followed her instructions. She took everyone else's orders and then disappeared for roughly 20 minutes. When she returned, she brought a manager with her and informed me that because I had ordered through the app, I would not be allowed to dine in the restaurant. I was completely caught off guard since I had only placed the order that way because the waitress directed me to do so. I assumed it was a simple misunderstanding that could easily be resolved. Instead, it felt like management was determined not to allow me to eat with the four other people at my table. The manager and waitress then disappeared again for approximately 30 minutes. During that time, there was no communication and no effort to address the situation. According to the app, my order was supposed to be ready by 8:30 p.m., so I walked over to the takeout counter to inquire about it. The employee there showed little interest in helping and offered no answers. I asked to speak with a manager. While waiting, the rest of my party received their meals. The waitress even brought fresh drinks to everyone because we had been sitting so long without service. Notably, she skipped my drink entirely, which only added to the feeling that I was being singled out. Eventually, a different manager came from the back of the restaurant. Unfortunately, she couldn't tell me where my order was or when it would be ready. At that point, after everything that had happened, I decided the best option was to cancel the order altogether. She informed me it would take approximately five days to receive a refund. When I asked for a receipt documenting the cancellation, I was told that one could not be provided. Only after I requested a cash refund did she quickly process it, seemingly eager to end the interaction and have me leave the restaurant. What made the experience even more troubling was the way my group was treated throughout the evening. From the lack of service, poor communication, dismissive attitudes, and the refusal to resolve a situation created by their own employee's instructions, it felt as though we were not welcome. As a person of a different race than many of the staff and patrons present, I left feeling profiled and discriminated against. Whether intentional or not, that was the impression created by the actions and attitudes we experienced throughout the night. It's deeply disappointing because we simply wanted to enjoy a meal, spend money at a brand we've supported for years, and treat our server well. Instead, we left feeling unwanted and disrespected. This experience reminded me that a restaurant's staff represents the entire brand. Customer service should be extended equally and respectfully to everyone. If employees are unwilling to serve all customers professionally and courteously, they may want to reconsider whether the hospitality industry is the right fit for them.
