I love Bojangles. However, this location has a large 20+ person Bible group that comes here often and preaches in the dining room. It was repulsive...

Worst experience I've ever had at a Bojangles. Came here during morning shift for breakfast and had the rudest employee encounter at the drive through. I can understand the staff rushing me around. I can also understand the staff telling me to wait for a minute but I can't tolerate when it's done in a manner that is just so inconsiderate, rude, and dehumanizing. I originally added a single item to my order and mentioned that it would take me a moment to get the rest of my order, the staff then repeatedly asked me. Is there anything else? Can we help you get anything else and then told my total before I could even respond to say that I needed more time. When I did add the additional items instead of acknowledging me, the staff member on the headset simply repeated my total and ignored me. I understand that staff member do not have the time to constantly sit on the headset and pay full attention to exactly what I'm saying even when I'm busy trying to talk to my passenger. I know that these employees are asked to get multiple tasks done at the same time and therefore I understand that it's not an issue If I have to repeat my order a couple times, I'm more than happy to accommodate whatever the staff needs inorder to hear my order accurately. However, repeating my total to me three or four times does not make my order finished when I've told you that my order is not finished, at the time there was no line behind me and I still manage to get my order out in about 2 minutes. Expecting a customer to have their order ready within 30 seconds of pulling up to the window when there's no line is excessive, and even if that expectation were held, trying to simply repeat the customer's total until they pull forward is not a good way to retain customers in that circumstance. The Staff member here seemed like they were looking for a fight, and I did not want to indulge it. Not to mention when that much malice is thrown at you over the headset before you can even finish ordering your food, you have to wonder how much malice is going into the food itself. So I left. Do not reccomend for breakfast.
