  Went to Arbys tonight just after 7 pm.Was greeted with a cook saying.Here goes someone else and isnt there somewhere else to eat in Rocky Mount and to top it off the manager thought it was so funny to here it from that nit so funny person.And yes there is somewhere else to eat in Rocky Mount thats exactly what we did :).Abd i wiil contact the corporate office concerning this matter.No rating for service if there were any.

  Worst Arby’s experience in my life. I got drive through and they dumped piping hot fried jalapeño stuffers on a cold pecan salad sandwich in my bag. I had to ask for a separate bag. I got home and the pecan salad sandwich was not good at all. I took one bite and threw the rest straight in the garbage. The poppers were alright but had no spice at all. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS ARBYS! They don’t care about quality!

  Soda area Ice machine broken. Counter refilled cup with amount of ice you wanted.

  The place has really gotten rundown. I ordered one sandwich and sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting for it. I did not see their sanitation grade anywhere as well, but it looked pretty rundown and not too clean. I won't be going back again.
