  Management seemed eager to tell me where I can and can't park, while smoking a cigarette in front of the front door. And when I told her to do her job and not to worry about public safety and police issues she flipped out cussing me with double birds out! All in my face asking me If I know who she is?🤣. I don't but I do know her general manager now and I have a feeling she will be seeing him very soon! I would never eat in this establishment. The proof is that n the pudding. Poor management and employees!

  I used to HATE pizza hut! But this one in Rockwell?!?🥰OMG!☺Food is good and fresh and the customer service is grrreeaattt!!!!!!😇😇😇😇😇

  Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. Got home and both of my pizzas were wrong. Called and got some call service that supposedly transferred me to the store. Waited on hold 15 minutes. Hung up. Called back. Same process. Waited another 20 minutes with no answer. Finally hung up which is exactly what they want. Haven't used Pizza Hut in years and this reaffirms that decision. Won't be back.

  Well I made my Order @ 6:28 , Said order would be Delivered @ 7:30... it's now 8:35, still No Pizza!?? I called at 7 45pm. Was told delivery had missed my house and was turning around.. called @ 8 was told she was almost here... 8:15 I called and was told they didnt see my order, talked to Manager and he said my order left the store at 8pm.. WTH is going on??
