  There is one crew that is fantastic but when they aren’t there the entire restaurant is chaos Long lines at drive thru that take forever, long wait inside to even get someone to acknowledge you. A whole crew talking more than working , not greeting you , yelling at each other and having conversations loudly for the whole dining area to hear. They hand you your order and don’t even speak I hate leaving bad reviews but as someone who is in here often, personally and as a delivery person , it is at times very unacceptable and unprofessional

  I need to come on here because certain people that work here they have no idea what they’re talking about. I go through the drive-through I want to order strawberry watermelon refresher drink like I did at the previous location the day before and the lady proceeded to tell me they can’t add cold fall into my drink. They said it’s a caffeine risk. Lol I proceed to research (which I knew this) And find that cold foam does not contain caffeine lol These stores need to do a better job of training their people because this completely messed up my Customer experience. I literally ordered the same drink from another store and was able to add cold foam with no problem at all

  The person at the window and the lady in the burgundy shirt named Sara with a bedazzled name tag are absolutely down right rude. Used the mobile app to place an order. Was handed something that was completely wrong. When offered to show them the mobile app order to what it was suppose to be was met with no and an eye roll, just pull up. When handed a new one just shoved at me from the curb almost spilling on me. When I checked it again it was missing the Carmel drizzle, which I paid for, ordered with it. At this point I was going to be late for work and it wasn't even worth it. I use 3k point to redeem the large sugar free iced coffee and paid to add cold foam and Carmel drizzle.

  I was waiting for 10 minutes before I could place my order for breakfast due to the cashier kept walking away from me

  Waited 25 minutes for what was supposed to be a curbside pickup, that I ended up having to walk inside to get, and found it had been sitting long enough for my food to go cold. Employees were complaining about being short staffed and that's why everything sucked. Just not worth the money anymore at all, even with "Rewards" and "Coupons"
