- AHAshley HallApr 30, 20261.0The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I don’t have a choice. I called to ask why I continue to not receive marinara sauce with our CHEESY BREAD ORDER, now for the 3rd time! I even have ordered extra sauce just to make sure I get one sauce; sometimes that didn’t even happen! That’s when the “manager” RJ got on the phone and told me she “watched her manager put my sauce in my delivery bag” The more I thought about this- RJ I thought you just told me you were the manager? I’m no customer service representative but I work with the public every single day and I know calling your repeat customer a liar and HANGING UP ON ME is NOT real manager material and ABSOLUTELY NOT THE WAY YOU treat, let alone speak to a human being, let alone customers of your business! I’m not going to spend our hard earned money on a business that treats its customers like garbage. I wasn’t calling to ask for ANYTHING for free, I simply asked the young man whom answered the phone “what can we do moving forward to fix this situation” he placed me on hold and that’s when I was greeted by RJ (if that’s even her real name bc she wouldn’t tell me her full name) “There’s. Nothing. I. Can. Do. About. this” Since ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED I hope corporate can see this and listen to the call I placed at 8:03pm tonight 4/30/2026. It’s a shame and they’ve lost our business from here on out. I’ll loose my points before I give this location another dime. It’s absolutely embarrassing to call yourself a “manager” if that’s honestly your actual title.
