- SBShort BlortJun 3, 20261.0It's really disappointing to be treated poorly after they messed up my food. I've spent a lot of money at this location both on food and tips, and in the past when mistakes were made such as the pizza having no sauce on it or the chicken being burned or deliveries being made that are missing item I just let them know and asked for it to be corrected, always tipping 30% or more even after mistakes. Unfortunately on my most recent visit I discovered my chicken was not only burned but appeared to only be little crumbs(not sure how someone can look at that and think it's ok to serve). I asked for it to be remade as I usually would and was treated so poorly. They snatched the box out of my hand and when I came back to pick it up they threw it down on the counter and walked off. I looked inside and they hadn't even given me my sauce, I asked again for my sauce and they threw that at me too. It's really sad that after all the food I've bought here that one employee can really ruin it for me. I have to say unfortunately I won't be returning here as I can't justify giving money to a place that finds it ok to treat long time customers with such disrespect over mistakes they made.

That’s when the “manager” RJ got on the phone and told me she “watched her manager put my sauce in my delivery bag” The more I thought about this- RJ I thought you just told me you were the manager? I’m no customer service representative but I work with the public every single day and I know calling your repeat customer a liar and HANGING UP ON ME is NOT real manager material and ABSOLUTELY NOT THE WAY YOU treat, let alone speak to a human being, let alone customers of your business! I’m not going to spend our hard earned money on a business that treats its customers like garbage. I wasn’t calling to ask for ANYTHING for free, I simply asked the young man whom answered the phone “what can we do moving forward to fix this situation” he placed me on hold and that’s when I was greeted by RJ (if that’s even her real name bc she wouldn’t tell me her full name) “There’s. Nothing. I. Can. Do. About. this” Since ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED I hope corporate can see this and listen to the call I placed at 8:03pm tonight 4/30/2026. It’s a shame and they’ve lost our business from here on out. I’ll loose my points before I give this location another dime. It’s absolutely embarrassing to call yourself a “manager” if that’s honestly your actual title.
