  Tell me how I've spent well over $ 1,100 in the past 6 months to be followed by a non employee and told to go somewhere else to get my coffee bc I come 3 times a day and my drink was made wrong so I asked for a name to do this review after 2 weeks and a friend that works there had to ask what happened the she was physically threatened so she quit all because of some kid named Emma she is the rudest employee there besides V which is a very horrible employee. Because I come in 3 times a day someone felt some type of way? Get over yourself I run on Dunkin not whatever theyre smoking. I've reached out to a lawyer and we'll be in touch.

  I spend over 300 dollars a month here to start with and have receipts to prove it I have 1 specific drink I like and this girl has made it wrong several times in the past it was still wrong I asked for her name to do this review I was ignored completely. I left I come 2 or 3 times a day religiously so to my surprise I found myself being followed out of there by a random dude telling me go somewhere else for my coffee. He was recording me threatening me.. I have reached out to a lawyer and we'll be reaching out because if someone wants to complain about someone's sorry version of customer service they shouldn't be followed by non employees this was a job for the manager to do

  If you are expecting interactions with employees in the form of customer service, this isn't the place to go. The self checkout style of placing and paying for the order is the only option and the only employee to address us was informing of the many items to not order due to outages. The tip option before you can check out is laughable, since tips are for good service and this place has virtually no service.

  We got their sourdough egg sandwich and it had 4 quarter pieces of bacon, a small unrelated piece of cheese and a stale smelling over cooked egg that looked like they purposely popped the yolk and over cooked. They all seemed new on the job because they kept getting a girls coffee wrong, they had to remake it for her several times.
