They charged us almost 15 dollars in food we did not order, did not give us a receipt, had no chicken prepared, had no rice, overcooked the chicken, burnt the biscuits, and generally messed up everything it is possible to mess up. 35-40 minute wait. Full failure.

When I finally received my food, my order was wrong. I ordered a 2-piece meal with a breast and a wing, but instead I got two thighs and two wings. The entire restaurant was chaotic. Another customer had been waiting around 45 minutes for a drive-thru order and ended up asking for a refund. There were frustrated customers arguing at the counter because of the excessive wait times and poor service. This location is clearly poorly managed and needs major improvements. Customers shouldn't have to wait that long, receive the wrong food, and deal with such disorganization. I won't be returning to this location unless serious changes are made.

Early this morning, a little after 5.30am, I stopped by to get something on my way into work at 6.00am. just a biscuit and bo-rounds. Went thru the drive thru, and waited over 10 minutes. Then I Knocked firmly on the door, was ignored, and finally got my food. The staff is short handed, and def. not trained on ethics. What is wrong with telling someone, "If I take your order it will take at least 10 minutes to fill". I would have thanked them and kept my money. Will not be back.
