  Ordered before arrival. The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

  One of the cashiers was nice the other had an attitude, looked at every receipt for a tip. If you don’t tip your food takes like 20 mins (mind you it was a personal pizza to go) 😑😑

  Most places offer senior drinks. They did not when asked. Also charged one dollar more than menu price. Cashier was nice but seemed confused. Probably new.

  Ever since Pizza Hut moved to premier blvd, it's been complete trash. When I have a craving for pizza hut, it's the way it used to taste back when getting good grades and reading profusely got you a free pan pizza as a kid. Even thought the location on julien allsbrook was pretty scuzzy (esp during and post covid once the dining room remained closed) on the inside, the pizza was good, the pan crust was panning. You paid $1 extra for pan and it was actually a fluffy pan crust. After my order today I'm ALL the way done. I didn't bother wasting a dollar on a pan crust since pan and hand tossed is the same. But today, they took my hard earned money and gave me the thinnest, saltiest pizza known to man. The seasoning they put on the crust is straight up garlic salt. If I wanted a thin gross pizza I'd go to dominoes. I keep hoping I'll get a decent pizza every time I go and every time it's worse. My previous order, they put so much sauce on the pizza the cheese was already sliding off when I was handed the box ang my cinnamon rolls were dry and had NO icing AT ALL. Todays aberration was the final straw. I hate throwing away food but this is so salty and inedible. What upsets me, is the workers/cooks SEE how crappy it looks but they still serve the pizza, but act funny when you won't leave a tip? I am a tipper, but not when the service absolutely blows. Does this place not have a manager who oversees or even cares about food quality...? Since RR only has chain restaurants maybe maybe maybe a properly managed Mellow Mushroom will be built and I can enjoy a nice pizza again

  Our pizza and brownies were delicious. It was counter order and bought out. They had a banging carry out business. Very clean and everyone was very friendly.
