  Love stopping by for a Big Mac or a Mocha Frappe on the road! A large one can be nursed for three hours.

  ## 0/5 Stars – Avoid This Location I had an absolutely appalling experience at this McDonald's. I expected a wait, but the service here is beyond "slow"—it is intentionally neglectful. I stood at the counter for an eternity while the staff ignored me to chat amongst themselves, and when I finally was acknowledged, the treatment was overtly hostile. The staff was incredibly rude and inconsiderate, but it went much further than just poor customer service. I was targeted with several disgusting racial slurs and treated with blatant prejudice. It was very clear that the hostility and the refusal to provide basic service were fueled by racism. Being berated with racial epithets while trying to order a meal is unacceptable and traumatizing. Management needs to address the toxic culture at this location immediately. No one should be subjected to that kind of verbal abuse and discrimination. Save your money and your sanity—go literally anywhere else. List of slurs: mayo maggot, whippersnapper, cracker cricket, wigger, slackjaw, and for some reason, khink.

  Traveling back to DC from North Carolina we stopped here to get the kids food & use the bathrooms. The cashier was weird! Young & inexperienced to say the least. Could barely hear her & it took minutes for her to complete the order & give me my change. Very simple order by the way. While I'm standing at the counter with my 2 kids, a dude comes in and starts going off on the staff regarding a comment I guess one of them said to him. I'm guessing he must've been in the drive thru. He was very upset...he's yelling at the workers behind the counter then he starts cursing. I told my kids to go to the car because it got heated real quick. I walk my kids outside & went back in. He's yelling & cursing at the top of his voice. None of the workers said anything back to him. No manager came forth...nothing. So I'm standing there waiting for my kids food (happy meal & double cheeseburger and fries) and no workers are coming to the counter to give food to those of us waiting. The guy is standing feet away from me, other customers, the counter just going off... I realized the workers are avoiding the front line so when I catch a glimpse of someone I ask for my order. It was sitting right there with other orders. She handed us our food & I quickly exited to my car. I was surprised no manager tried to rectify this situation. I do understand that safety is #1 for the workers but what about the customers!? ... give him some free food, apologize, refund his money & send him on. But don't run & hide in the back & let him have a fit of rage in the store. I was very surprised at everyone's actions. Never expected such an encounter on a Sunday afternoon in McDonald's.

  the line was extremely long and was not moving at all for the drive through. both lanes were sitting there and no one was taking orders. i left after sitting at the ordering speaker for 5 minutes after paying for my mobile order. absolutely ridiculous

  The only thing we ordered was drinks and a pie. Waited at the curbside for 10 min. Then I went in and asked for my order then filled our drinks. I noticed at least 4 employees in the dinning area, unaware that service was falling a bit short.
