  I enjoy everything except for being lied to about the 799 any pizza I also work in Raleigh none of those stores offer that deal and the one in Roanoke Rapids here charges $9.99 even though you click on the coupon

  Ordered a pizza online and came in at the set pick up line only to be told my pizza isn’t ready, I’m still at the bottom of the list and it’s going to be a much longer wait. Cashier complained about being short handed. Will not return.

  Worst manager and staff ever! Food is ok but these people handle you and your food poorly. Won’t be returning!

  Only making this review for the point of I can sit here and make a order pay the order submit and all that only to receive a call from the “manager” who’s “been there for ten years” to tell me they have never and don’t deliver to my address!? But how is it I’ve received deliveries RECENTLY in the past 2-3 months from this store with no problems including the first which I have the original phone call recording of them CONFIRMING my address okay!!! Then when asking if I could just meet to get it not even 2 minutes up the road at a closer to them area the “manager” tells me they don’t do meet ups when it CLEARLY STATES ON THE APP AND SITE that they can meet me at my location pin approved location meetup via the dominos app and site…. Anyways I resorted to a different pizza delivery and were very generous tippers so I want to thank Papa John’s for coming through and helping me out this evening and Dominos y’all need to tighten up especially “management “ !!!! Don’t get me wrong the food is great but the inconvenience of this especially after I’ve established this as my go to delivery for pizza in this area and have never had issues before and then tonight this mess is absolutely ridiculous I’m sorry to the amazing delivery people who have delivered to me and I’m sorry I’m not able to bless someone with what would’ve been a amazing tip!!! I have my receipts of recent delivery orders I only get #Dominos pizza for delivery up until now !!! This is very sad and inconvenient, if the “manager” would’ve been so kind to of addressed this back on October 11th 2025 when I started ordering strictly delivery for me and my family for gatherings to serve before now then I wouldn’t be as disappointed but apparently this manager of ten years didn’t know that I’ve been delivered to before until tonight and doesn’t know who approved it in which I don’t blame anyone who has done there job and has done it well because my delivery experience has been great until this evening when receiving a call that they’ve supposedly have never delivered to my address and can’t deliver to my address when I have the proof on my account that I’ve been delivered to before!
