  While waiting in drive thru, the woman taking orders walked away, there was about 6 cars behind me . (First lane) the man also taking order stood there doing nothing and after few minutes walked by and said that womam will take your order (speaking of the one that walked away) the man walked to the front ( i was 2nd car in line ) and just stood there. After about 10 minutes the woman came back and started taking the first cars order. The man walked to the second lane and stood (no cars in line ) when i got to the woman to order she asked if the man took my payment i said he never even took anyones order let alone payment. After about 20 minutes or more total in line when its 98 degrees i finally got our food.

  Driving from Florida to PA we stopped here for a quick drive thru meal. Food delish, sweet girl was standing outside to take our order. Food was hot, fresh and good for two weary travelers!

  We stopped here mainly for the indoor playground so the kids could stretch and play during our long trip. The customer service and food were decent, and the bathroom was clean. The playground area was a bit dirty—it's unclear how often it's cleaned—but it was still good enough for the kids to enjoy. Close to I95 so easy to go back on the road.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible team at the Chick-fil-A in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina! From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru every single member of the staff delivered the kind of warm, genuine hospitality that makes Chick-fil-A special—and this location takes it to the next level. Jorric took our order with the most polite Southern charm anyone could ever wish for. The personnel here are absolute rock stars. They’re friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond with a smile. Whether it’s remembering a regular order, double-checking that everything is correct and hot, or offering that classic “My pleasure!” with real sincerity, they make you feel valued and appreciated. Another young lady that we are happy to single out is Shannon. She noticed our two German Shepherds hanging their heads out of the rear window and cheerfully offered up the fact that this location has pup cups! The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and delicious as always, but what really made the visit memorable was the outstanding attitude of the entire crew. We were personally addressed by the on site management, Kenlyn when we asked for the names of the two young ladies for the review. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, the team at Roanoke Rapids Chick-fil-A restores your faith in great hospitality. They clearly take pride in their work and in making every guest’s experience exceptional. If you’re in the area—whether traveling on I-95 or just craving some top-tier chicken—do yourself a favor and stop by. This location is a shining example of why Chick-fil-A sets the gold standard.
