  They keep claiming their drive through is closed during shift change. Problem is, they are always in shift change. Third time now. They just don’t want to use the drive through.

  Needs to be shut down! System never working when the people are there. Sat at the drive thru window at 1:30pm no1 saying anything

  Reason such a low star is because during dinner hoursvthey are always having issues with their system or not enough employees to make orders. They might as well just shut it down. I will say that when they actually are able to take orders, their food is good.

  What do Arby's in Roanoke rapids yesterday the drive-thru was exceedingly long trying to enter the building the door was locked but full of people the manager just stared at me the manager just stared at me with out regard 8 customers inside ordering manager didn't give me no reason why I wasn't allowed in only the rolling of her eyes ,while there is eight other customers in store and a full drive thru. Was it the difference between our skin color??? All the customers were the same color but I am a different color 🤔
