  Doesn't make much sense to order something and hit the ASAP option and when you show up ten minutes later they havent even looked at it and then take another twenty minutes just to get it out... Update: Seems like only the manager is working and everyone else just doesnt want to be there.

  Visited this restaurant on Sunday 6/21/26 at 5:30 pm. In addition to the food i ordered i was charged for and received additional food that I didn't not order. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier and asked to be refunded for the food I did not order he apologized and said it was his mistake and called the manager to the register . The manager very rudely told me that she could not give me a refund due to corporate rules and my only option was to keep the food i didn't order or she could upsize my meal to a large and proceeded to turn around and walk to the back. That's the last dollar this restaurant will ever get from me.

  They hire any and everybody. Some of the staff look unkempt. The new gm they have is rude to the staff seen her yelling at them. Short staff and long waits, There's a weird smell in there. The food was mid; most of it was cold.

  Went there 2 weeks a go at 7pm. 3 people in line before me. I was told they were closing after those . This was at 7pm . Little early and he was rude too. Went there tonight at 615 pm. Stood at counter probably 3 min. The staff sitting a table said the system was down. They not taking orders. I could go on with bad service here. I am local and eat out a lot. This place need better management to stay in business or close

  Sorry excuse for a brisket sandwich! Chopped fat and gristle! I'd have rather eat a cowpaddy than this overpriced crap! Never again!
